1. Ensure the stability of equipment data.
When the non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer is used for detection, the purity of the fuel gas and standard gas should be prepared, and the calibration of the instrument should be adjusted after the data is stable. In addition, the air intake of the air flow meter in front of the instrument should be 600 ml/min. If the equipment is unstable, the air pressure of the instrument can be adjusted appropriately to prevent data drift or fluctuation.
2, pay attention to the use of the instrument.
When using, it is recommended to ensure that the instrument is continuously measured within 1 hour. If the user does not need it, try to keep the instrument in standby state. 3, the instrument detection should pay attention to high concentration.
Under the condition of high concentration, users should try to avoid long-term detection, because the high concentration will cause some damage to the detection parts of the instrument. If the user completes the test, he needs to pull out the pipe and carefully check the sample filter for contaminated liquid residues.
After the test, it is recommended that the user determine whether the internal switch of the instrument is closed to prevent the instrument from being burned out by electric shock. It is worth mentioning that after each instrument test, pay attention to cleaning the instrument to avoid data drift during the next use.

1. The flow of hydrogen and air cannot be calibrated correctly, just recalibrate the flow.
2. The connection between the electrometer and the detector is not firm, as long as the electrometer is connected to the seat plate, and then fastened in place.
3. Replace the hydrogen flame ion detector can solve the FID thermocouple fault.
4. After the FID ignition coil is damaged, it can be solved by replacing the hydrogen flame ion detector.
5. The electrometer cable may be faulty. Please change the line.
6. There may also be a temperature cause. Check the temperature of the detector and control it properly.
7. Or the problem of burning air and fuel gas, check the 10% flow of the set point during operation and control it reasonably.
