GC-9800 on-line gas chromatograph
& nbspGC-9800(VOCs) online gas chromatograph is designed and produced based on the principle of hydrogen flame ionization gas chromatograph, which can detect methane, total hydrocarbons, non-methane total hydrocarbons, low-carbon aldehydes and ketones, benzene series (benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, cumene, etc.) and some halogenated hydrocarbons and other gaseous organic pollutants. GC-9800(VOCs) online gas chromatograph can continuously and automatically sample, analyze and record samples automatically. It has the advantages of accurate analysis, real-time transmission of remote data, simple operation and reliable operation. Online continuous monitoring plays an important role in optimizing control and controlling product quality in production.
& nbspGC-9800 is used to monitor the content of non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc. in the exhaust gas from stationary pollution sources. The whole process of the sample gas is 180 ℃ without cold point heat tracing. After quantitative loop, valve injection and chromatographic separation, the sample gas enters a single hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for detection to determine the concentrations of total hydrocarbons, methane and benzene series in the sample gas respectively. The non-methane total hydrocarbons are calculated by subtraction method and are consistent with the national standard (HJ38-2017).
GC-9800 non-methane total hydrocarbon stationary source on-line gas chromatograph
The & nbspGC-9800 is used to monitor the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) in the exhaust gas of stationary pollution sources. The whole process of the sample gas is 180 ℃ without cold point heat tracing. It is quantified by quantitative loop, valve injection, chromatographic column separation, and enters the hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for detection. The concentrations of total hydrocarbons (THC) and methane (CH4) in the sample gas are determined respectively. The concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) is calculated by subtraction method, which is consistent with the national standard (HJ38-2017).
TP-2060 simple gas chromatograph
In order to meet the needs of users and the introduction of an economic, simple, low-cost applicable type gas chromatograph, suitable for gas and boiling point below 350 ℃ organic gas or liquid constant and trace analysis, can meet the production, teaching or scientific research department of gas chromatography analysis needs. Such as high purity gas in trace organic gas and trace CO, CO2 analysis, liquor quality analysis, coal mine gas analysis, petrochemical production process of raw materials, intermediate products and finished product quality monitoring, as well as environmental testing in indoor decoration air quality testing and so on.
