With the rapid development of modern analytical instruments, gas chromatography is widely used in the analysis of gas, liquid, solid and other samples. The corresponding injection methods are: syringe straight injection, six-way valve quantitative tube injection, thermal desorption sample, headspace injection, purge and trap, solid phase extraction, etc. Different injection methods have a great influence on the analysis results.

In conventional laboratory gas chromatography analysis, artificial injection is a common gas injection method. Manual sampling requires periodic manual sampling. Manual operation often brings some human error to gas sampling. For example, the sampling time does not result in poor repeatability of the gas peak spectrum. Increasingly, on-line gas analysis cannot be performed manually. In the past, manual sampling did not meet the needs of gas analysis.

From room temperature to 220 ℃, set in increments of 1 ℃;

When the temperature is between normal temperature and 240 ℃, the increment is 1 ℃.

(In order to ensure safe operation, low voltage power supply is adopted for temperature control of transmission pipeline);
