Enter the debugging mode in the automatic headspace sampler workstation, slide down to the three-axis area of the injection needle, click "Replace Injection Needle", after the three-axis injection needle moves to the injection needle replacement position, loosen the thread of the injection needle with a 6mm wrench, take out the injection needle, take out the new injection needle and the pressure ring, insert the pressure ring into the injection needle nut with the pressure ring facing outward, and install the new injection needle. After tightening by hand, use a 6mm wrench to screw another half circle, and the injection needle will be replaced.

 

1. Clean the vial.

The cleanliness of the vial plays a key role in sample analysis. Cleaning the vials can avoid many unnecessary analysis problems. Recommended sample bottle cleaning process: rinse with tap water, rinse the sample in the bottle with pure water, bake in an air drying oven at 105 ℃ for 30 minutes, remove, cool, store inorganic pollutants, or use immediately. For samples containing a lot of pollutants, such as oil samples and soil samples, add detergent, brush the test tube, completely brush off the remaining pollutants on the bottle wall, and then rinse with tap water, and then rinse with pure water. Other cleaning methods include chromic acid detergent, acid-base impregnation, etc.

2. Replace the injection needle.

Inautomatic headspace samplerThe workstation enters the debugging mode, slides to the three-axis area of the injection needle, clicks to replace the injection needle, moves the three-axis injection needle to the injection needle replacement position, loosen the 6mm wrench, unscrew the injection needle thread, take out the injection needle, take out the new injection needle and pressure ring, insert the pressure ring into the injection nut, install the new injection needle, tighten it by hand, use the 6mm wrench to screw half a turn, and replace the injection needle.

3. Air tightness inspection.

Turn off all heating of the instrument, enter the debugging mode of the instrument workstation, open the furnace cover of the heating furnace, and put the sample bottle with good air tightness into the position of the heating furnace. 1. Close the furnace cover and click Positioning 1. Insert the sample needle into the sample bottle, open the pressure valve, wait for 30-60 seconds, keep the pressure valve open, open the nitrogen switch at the back of the instrument, record the pressure at this time, wait for 10 minutes, and observe the pressure again. If the pressure changes within ± 1kpa within 10 minutes, the instrument has good air tightness, otherwise the instrument may have leakage points.

4. Maintain the motion system.

The three-axis motion system plays an important role in conveying the sample bottle, which is very important to the accuracy of the system. The instrument has two three-axis operating systems: the sample bottle three-axis and the sampling needle three-axis, which require regular maintenance.

5. Clean the automatic headspace sampler.

(1) External cleaning of the instrument: wipe the surface with a dry cloth to remove dust and residual liquid.

(2) Keep the bottle placing area of the heating furnace and sample tray clean to prevent hard objects from entering, affecting the grasping accuracy or damaging the sample bottle.

(3) The surface of the moving shaft should be kept clean, and the surface can be wiped with a dry cloth to prevent dust from entering the moving shaft and damaging it.
