Pay attention to the high concentration of the instrument: if the test is carried out in high concentration occasions, the user should try to avoid long-term detection, because the high concentration occasions will bring certain damage to the test parts of the instrument.
The non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer uses a heated flame ionization detector, which is a classic method for measuring total hydrocarbons (THC, VOC, TOC, NMHC). The advantage of this method is that the heat/moisture can be measured accurately. At high temperature (191 ℃), the whole process of sampling and analysis can effectively prevent the loss of hydrocarbons caused by the condensation of polymer hydrocarbons in the sampling pipeline. This method can be detected continuously and the response time is fast, which makes the monitoring and real-time reporting of the alarm status of the instrument very effective.
Non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer is widely used in flue gas boiler users, non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer is widely used. The non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer provides a reliable method for detecting the total hydrocarbon concentration.
Matters needing attention when testing non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer:
1. Pay attention to the application status of the instrument: During the application process, it is recommended to ensure that the instrument measures continuously within 1 hour. If the user does not need to measure, try standby. In addition, if the operation time is long, the user needs to disassemble and shake the carbon scrubber before installation and use.
2. Pay attention to the high concentration test of the instrument: If the test is carried out in high concentration occasions, the user should try to avoid long-term testing, because the high concentration occasions will cause certain damage to the test parts of the instrument. If the user has completed the test, they need to unplug the pipe and carefully check the sample filter for contaminated liquid residue. After the test, it is recommended that the user ensure that the internal switch of the instrument is turned off to prevent the safety tube of the equipment from burning out immediately. It is worth noting that after each test, the instrument should be cleaned to prevent data drift during the next use.
3. Pay attention to maintaining the stability of the equipment data: When using the equipment for testing, the purity of the equipment fuel gas and standard gas should be ensured, and adjustments should be made after the data is stable. In addition, the air intake of the air flow meter in front of the instrument should be 600 ml/min. If the equipment is unstable, the fuel pressure of the instrument can be adjusted appropriately to prevent data drift or fluctuation.
