The maintenance of the automatic headspace sampler is mainly divided into the following five steps:

1. Clean the vial.

The cleaning degree of the sample bottle plays a key role in the whole process of analyzing the sample. Cleaning the sample bottle can prevent many unnecessary analysis problems. Recommended sample bottle cleaning process: clean with tap water, clean the sample in the bottle, clean with purified water several times, bake in a 105 ℃ blast drying oven for 30min, take it out for cooling and storage without organic pollutants, or apply it immediately. For samples containing a large amount of pollutants, such as oil samples and soil samples, add washing liquid, brush the test tube, thoroughly brush off the residual pollutants on the bottle wall, then clean with tap water, and then clean with pure water. Other cleaning methods include chrome plating pickling solution. Acid-base impregnation, etc.

2. Replacement of injection needle.

       Inautomatic headspace samplerThe workstation enters the debugging mode, slide down into the three-axis area of the injection needle, click the replacement injection needle, move the injection needle three-axis to the injection needle replacement position, loosen the thread of the injection needle with a 6mm wrench, take out the injection needle, take out the new injection needle and the needle pressing ring, insert the needle pressing ring into the injection needle nut, press the needle ring outward, install the new injection needle, tighten it by hand, and then use a 6mm wrench half.

3. Air tightness inspection.

Turn off all the instruments and meters, enter the debugging mode at the instrument workstation, open the furnace cover of the heating furnace, put the sample bottle with good air tightness into the part of the heating furnace 1, turn off the furnace cover, click positioning 1 in the three-axis control area of the injection needle, insert the injection needle into the sample bottle, open the pressure valve, wait for 30-60s, keep the pressure valve open, turn on the nitrogen switch behind the instrument to turn off, and record the pressure at this moment, wait for 10min to observe the pressurization pressure again. If the pressurization pressure changes within ± 1kPa within 10min, the instrument has good air tightness, otherwise the instrument may have leakage points.

4. Maintain the motion system.

The three-axis motion system plays an important role in the transmission of the sample bottle, which is very important for the accuracy of the system. The instrument has two triaxial operating systems that require periodic maintenance, vials triaxial and needle triaxial.

5. Clean the automatic headspace sampler.

(1) External cleaning of the instrument: wipe the surface with a dry cloth to remove dust and residual liquid.

(2) The bottle holding area of the heating furnace and sample tray should be kept clean to prevent hard objects from entering, affecting the grasping accuracy or damaging the sample bottle.

(3) In order to prevent dust from entering and damaging the moving shaft, the surface of the moving shaft should be kept clean and can be wiped with a dry cloth.
